• With Other Users: Only with mutual approval through our anonymous matching system. Your profile is fully anonymous until both parties are satisfied with each other

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Third-Party AI Data Sharing Policy

VitaDuo uses a self-hosted AI system. Your assessment responses, chat messages, and personal data are never shared with any third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Google AI, etc.). All AI computation is performed on our own servers, ensuring your data always remains under our control.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest (TLS 1.3 and AES-256)
• Secure authentication and access controls
• Regular security assessments and updates

6. Account Deletion & Data Export

You can delete your account at any time directly within the app. When you delete your account:

• All personal information (nickname, age, gender, questionnaire responses, etc.) is permanently deleted within 30 days
• Chat messages may be retained for the other party involved, but your identity information will be anonymized
• Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for service improvement
• You can request a full export of your personal data via ab@tpr.wales before deletion

7. Anonymous Matching System

VitaDuo's unique anonymous matching system ensures:

• Users are identified by random codes (e.g., U-K8X3M) until mutual approval
• Personal information (name, photo, contact) remains hidden
• Only after both users are satisfied with each other are profiles unlocked
• You control when and with whom you share your real identity

8. Cookie Policy

The VitaDuo website and app use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Essential Cookies: Maintain login state and basic app functionality
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences (e.g., language selection)
• Analytics Cookies: Anonymously collect usage data to improve our service

• Active Accounts: Data is retained for the duration of the account

• Chat Messages: May be retained for the other party involved, but sender information is anonymized

VitaDuo is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
